A converted office building on Bulevardi became a hotel that needed comprehensive HVAC solutions for 182 rooms, a restaurant, kitchen, lounge and gym. The project called for stylish, efficient equipment with low-profile designs suitable for basement spaces and first-floor areas with architectural constraints.

Climecon was selected as the supplier for its design support, customisation capabilities and Finnish manufacturing. The equipment had to balance an ultra-modern aesthetic with functional performance. Customised products were installed, including flush-mounted MAP devices and RINO slot diffusers fitted as a black ribbon along the lounge to achieve even air distribution while matching the contemporary design of the space.

The kitchen was particularly challenging because of low ceilings and beams. A custom CleanMaster ceiling ventilation solution was engineered for these confined spaces, providing four-stage grease removal that improves fire safety and reduces maintenance costs.
