Restaurant Farang

Restaurant Farang moved to new premises in 2020 and needed comprehensive ventilation solutions for both the kitchen and the dining areas. The restaurant's Southeast Asian cuisine involves intense flavours, open-fire cooking and substantial fat-based frying, which demands powerful purification and odour neutralisation. Climecon's high-quality Finnish products were selected to meet these demanding professional kitchen requirements.

The dining room features custom-shaped ROX nozzle ducts integrated into the black ceiling as design elements. These ducts were pre-adjusted by Climecon so that the airflow pattern would not create uncomfortable draughts on diners while delivering large air volumes quietly and in a controlled manner.
