An outdated shopping mall in the Laajasalo district of Helsinki was replaced with a modern full-service commercial center featuring shops, restaurants, a gym, a library and grocery stores. The ventilation design prioritised flexibility and adaptability to accommodate a variety of retail spaces with differing functional requirements.
Climecon was selected as the sole manufacturer able to provide comprehensive ventilation solutions that combined functionality with aesthetic appeal suitable for open-plan environments.
