Onnela Logistics Center
The Onnela logistics center, commissioned in autumn 2025 for Onninen and K-Auto (both part of Kesko), is Finland's largest construction project at approximately 85,000 square meters. The facility integrates Climecon's TUISKU snow and rain protection solutions as multi-piece systems to ensure reliable ventilation performance in all weather conditions by preventing snow and water infiltration. This extends filter service life and reduces maintenance costs.
The kitchen facilities utilize CleanMaster ventilation ceilings with demand-controlled technology, delivering significant energy savings while improving staff working conditions. The project achieved BREEAM "Very Good" sustainability certification through an emphasis on lifecycle energy efficiency and carbon footprint minimization.
